RESERVATION POLICIES:

Guests are encouraged to book early as spots can fill up quickly. Please contact Lynn at 206-779-7869 for more information about the stay. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We want our participants to be as comfortable with this vacation package as humanly possible! We ask participants commit to the holiday package one month prior and have the retreat paid in full.  

Simple: 

• Deposit due - on booking (1/2) 
• 4 weeks prior - Paid in full
• Cancellations after this time are nonnegotiable 

CHECK-IN:

Guest can arrive any time after 2pm on the check in date. We encourage guests to get to the location as close to 2pm as there will be activities in the afternoon/evening which help introduce everyone.
